When you submit a request to reschedule your appointment, you will be placed back on the appointment registry with the date of the request to reschedule.
Once the opportunity to schedule an appointment is available, you will again be assigned an appointment for vaccination. Once the appointment is set, you will again receive an appointment confirmation email.
